Reston, VA

Reston is situated near the northwestern edge of Fairfax County, west of Tysons and east of Dulles International Airport. Reston has grown to become one of Northern Virginia’s most desirable locales due to its amenities, affordability, and accessibility to surrounding areas. Comprising five village centers and the larger Reston Town Center, Reston was intentionally developed to be a short walk from most homes to daily retail and community needs. Housing is primarily single family homes with townhomes and apartments encircling each village center. Straddling the Dulles Toll Road, bounded by major regional arteries, and home to the Metro’s two newest Silver Line stations, commuting into Tysons, Arlington, Washington D.C. is quite easy. The Reston Homeowners Association provides free access to its numerous pools, parks, lakes, and recreational courts for all its residents: a huge selling point.
