Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Rose has a deep appreciation for the region — from its proximity to the Nation’s Capital to the sweeping beauty of the Appalachian trails right in her backyard.
Rose joined the team in 2021 to build and lead the Marketing Program from the ground up, and has been growing it ever since. A licensed realtor as well, she specializes in working with first-time homebuyers across a wide stretch of Northern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley, from Arlington to Front Royal and beyond.
As you may have guessed, Rose is Tom’s daughter — and she wouldn’t have it any other way. “I am loving the opportunity to be mentored by one of the best in the business — who happens to be my dad,” she says. Her role as Marketing Director lets her channel her creativity through social media and a variety of marketing campaigns, while her work as a realtor keeps her interpersonal and organizational skills sharp.
