Katie officially joined the Francis Real Estate Group in 2025, bringing with her a diverse background in account management, business operations, administration, and real estate. Her broad experience, combined with a passion for organization and efficiency, makes her an integral part of the team behind the scenes.

A Northern Virginia native and licensed real estate professional, Katie has had a front-row seat to the Francis Real Estate Group’s journey from the very beginning. Having supported the team in various capacities for many years, she has enjoyed watching it grow and is grateful to now contribute to its continued success in an official role. She helps manage the team’s day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, supporting client and team events, and more. Katie thrives on solving problems, streamlining processes, and bringing organization to the fast-paced world of real estate.

Outside of work, Katie has been teaching Irish dance for more than 13 years and in her free time, she enjoys staying active, relaxing at the beach, listening to live music, and spending quality time with her large extended family and friends.
